By using Vibe Code Fix ("the Service"), operated by Choppy Toast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Code Fix provides an interactive checklist for reviewing AI-generated code before shipping. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. No Engineering Advice Guarantee

The checklist is a general guide based on common failure modes we've seen in AI-generated code. It is NOT a substitute for thorough review by an experienced engineer. It will not catch every bug, and passing the checklist is not a guarantee that your code is production-ready. You are still responsible for understanding and testing the code you ship.

4. Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the correctness or completeness of the checklist items, glossary definitions, or blog posts. Technology changes fast.

5. Limitation of Liability

Choppy Toast shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service — including but not limited to bugs shipped to production, data loss, or downtime. Use the checklist at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of this Service are owned by Choppy Toast and protected by copyright laws.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
